So who exactly is Eric Bodiwala?

He is a 28 year old down to earth Real Estate entrepreneur. He always had an interest in Real Estate investing but like many didn’t know where to start. He began reading how to books and even got his Real Estate License hoping it would help him get started.

After graduating from college Eric received a corporate manager position and worked from 9-5 in a cubicle growing more and more frustrated with his job every day.

Eric continued to dabble more and more in Real Estate trying to find a way out of the rat race. Not till he finally...

decided to pay for a training course that taught him just enough to go out there and start doing deals.

At first he made mistakes and made a mess but he knew this was the only way to actually learn the business. Through experience he was able to develop his own techniques and found a niche in wholesaling.

Without using any of his money and with no risk he was able to build a profitable business wholesaling several properties per month with the system he put in place. In 2008 he found himself a little bored and decided to move Dallas and start from scratch in a city where he knew nobody.

Using his wholesaling system it only took him 3 days to do his first deal in his new city and since then he averages 12 to 15 deals a month. In Eric’s real estate investing career he has done over 200 deals and counting.

He has made a successful living wholesaling properties and also takes great pride in mentoring his students and leading them to become financially free. His no non-sense, straight to the point approach has helped many of his students reach their dreams of becoming  successful Real estate investors in a very short time.
