About the Speaker

Arnie Abramson has been buying and managing houses within a 300-mile radius of Dallas since 1991. He previously had a successful career in financial planning where he was the founding member of two different chapters of the International Association of Financial Planners.

He also was vice-president of marketing for a national management
company that marketed public Real Estate Limited Partnerships and
has conducted many seminars and due diligence meetings to members
of the investment community and their clients.

He is a frequent speaker at many of the investment clubs in the
Dallas Fort Worth area as well as a speaker for investors in
Washington, Oregon, California, and New York-New Jersey. He is past
president of the Texas Real Estate Investors Association (TxREIA) .

Arnie is president of Valugistics Corp., a personal holding company
owned by Arnie and his wife Pat. Valugistics owns The Bristol
Group, Inc., Homerica Financial Services, Inc., Homerica Real
Estate Services, Inc, and Texas Buy and Holdem LLC.

He teaches classes all over the Metroplex and will be soon offering
a new set of classes that deal with the changes necessary to
consider in our real estate endeavors because of the current
economic conditions.
