  • Sept 17, 2007 Carlos Vaz moved to a new city, where he knew  NOBODY (Boston to Dallas).
  • Has entered a real estate market as it's in a financial  crisis.

  • March 28, 2008:  He closed his 1st property, 208 units on March 28, 2008, cashed a check for $120,000 assignment fee.
  • August 27, 2009:  closed his 10th property.  Was immediately offered DOUBLE one week after the sale by another investor.  Carlos turned him down.
  • Nine of last Ten deals were purchased as "off market" bank foreclosures typically for a fraction of what the note was worth.  Often 40%-50% of note value.
  • He did this in the same time it takes someone to graduate from junior college. (only 2 years)
