What: Bus Trip - $99 Enrollment ($119 at Bus) per person
When: Saturday, April 13, 2013 at 9am - 5pm
Where: Home Depot, 3850 S Carrier Pkwy, Grand Prairie, TX 75052 (I-20 & Carrier Pkwy)
Boarding: 8:50am
Trip Overview: 9:00am
Departure 9:30am
Dress: No Open-Toe Shoes or High Heels
Prefer Tennis Shoes, Jeans or Active Wear.
Bring: Coffee or Water / Beverage.
Lunch: You can bring Lunch or Purchase at Luby's when we break for lunch around 12 or 1pm.
Tools Needed: Recorder, Flash Light, Tape Measure, Calculator, Camera, Pen & Pad.
Itinerary: We will spend about 30 minutes at each house and then we will head to the next property. If you need to follow the bus in your car, because of your schedule, then you are welcome to do that.
You still have time to get a seat at the discounted price. Or you can pay $119 in the morning on the bus.
We will tour from 7-10 houses and do inspections so you know about renovations and
what to look for as a real estate investor. You will learn how to inspect and buy houses
to profit with Flipping, Rehabbing and Rentals. Plus an opportunity to buy great deals!
An Investor, Lender, Contractor & Realtor will be on board to train you as we go.
There will also be houses for sale during the Bus Trip. You will enjoy it!!
